Hey Sleep-seeker!

This is a safe space, there are no bad habits, there are no bad babies, it is not your fault - come on, let's burn that baby book and ignite your instincts!

I am not just another stranger on the internet claiming to have a quick-fix, one-size-fits-all solution to all your sleepy situations.

I also was once very sleep-deprived and desperate to try anything that would just help me feel like a human again.

So, I fell victim to fear-based marketing tactics, the sleep training industry thrived off of my vulnerability, it knew exactly how to target me to make a quick buck.

But, it all felt wrong, I couldn’t follow through with their ‘gentle’ methods, it was brutal as heck, so I said screw it, and just like that me and my babe became sleep-training dropouts.

And I am so glad we did, because I found out that there is so much beauty in honoring your child’s biological best, making changes with responsiveness, you can enhance the connection and relationship with your child whilst working towards settled sleep.

Wondering if I can help you?

If the thought of being told to ignore your child crying, keeping an impossibly strict schedule that was built for Bob in Bloemfontein, or having to move a chair around a room whilst denying eye contact gives you the Hibbie Jibbies – you are in the right place.

So, if you need someone who:

  • won’t make you feel guilty for listening to your baby

  • wants to work with what already works for your family

  • will take the time & effort to create a custom solution that is sustainable

  • doesn’t make empty promises, but teaches you to listen to your own instincts…

Well, then we will be a great fit!

Let me tell you all about all of the ways in which I offer support…

Client love letters

So our chats began, her help & guidance not only with Ivy’s sleep but with taking care of myself has completely transformed the way I see “mothering”. How important self-care is for my own good & for my daughters. Motherhood is a journey, a very special one. It’s a privilege, it isn’t always easy but it is so rewarding. We got Ivy into a beautiful sleep environment, a peaceful one, where she is happy & content in her own space. Of course, there are days that are harder but all it took was love & patience, a couple of days of us reassuring & comforting Ivy with her new sleep ways. She now is back in her cot & sleeping 6:30pm-6:00am. There was no hysteria, there was no isolation, there was no abandonment. It was all a process that took trust.
